Instructions

  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until everything is well combined.
  7. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
