Description
Delicious garlic-infused steak bites that are quick and easy to prepare, perfect for family gatherings or a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the steak into bite-sized pieces. This helps ensure that each morsel cooks evenly and has plenty of surface area for that delicious seasoning. Season the pieces with a liberal sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the unsalted butter. As the butter melts, its rich flavor will coat the steak beautifully.
- Once the butter is bubbling and fragrant, toss in the minced garlic. Stir it around to avoid burning and inhale that wonderful aroma!
- Immediately add your seasoned steak bites to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning them occasionally until they achieve that perfect brown crust and reach your desired level of doneness.
- When ready, remove the skillet from heat and garnish your steak bites with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Notes
Choose sirloin or flank steak for best results; avoid overcrowding the pan while cooking.
