Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough into ropes about 6-8 inches long and tie each into a knot.
  6. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
  8. Brush the garlic mixture generously over each knot.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy every bite.
