- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil and water to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Roll the dough into ropes about 6-8 inches long and tie each into a knot.
- Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic mixture generously over each knot.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy every bite.
