Description
Deliciously tender steak bites coated in rich garlic butter and a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper before adding them to the skillet. Cook them until they’re seared and cooked to your desired doneness, which usually takes about 3-4 minutes. Once done, pull the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
- In that same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté it until you can smell its fragrance, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer. Next, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until everything melts and the sauce turns smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Now, return those delicious steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce. Give it about an additional minute to heat everything through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for that pop of color and flavor.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the skillet when cooking the steak bites to achieve a nice sear.
