Description

Delicious and tender steak bites smothered in a creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (cubed, such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
  2. Add the cubed steak to the skillet, season it with salt and pepper, and sear it until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring it to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss well in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve over mashed potatoes or with steamed veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
