Description

Juicy steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  5. Once the steak bites are done, toss them in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
