Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Once the steak bites are done, toss them in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Pair with creamy mashed potatoes or a fresh green salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
