Ingredients

- 1 ½ lb Steak (top sirloin, strip, rib eye, or filets)
- ½ tsp kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tbsp oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
- 5 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- Chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cutting your steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- Place the steak pieces in a bowl and season them with the kosher salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
- Massage the seasoning into the steak for even flavor.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
- Add the steak in a single layer, letting them sear for about one minute.
- Stir them around while cooking for a total of about three minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
- Stir in the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the garlic butter mixture.
- Cook for another three minutes until heated through.
- Serve with your favorite sides and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
