- 200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
