Instructions
- Choose your favorite fruits and chop them into smaller pieces if necessary.
- In a blender, combine the fruits, yogurt or milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frothy.
