Delicious Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups packed with crunchy granola, creamy yogurt, and fresh berries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3–4 tbsp honey (depending on desired sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- Berries of choice to top
Instructions
- Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until you form a sticky dough.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and spoon the granola dough into the bottom of each cup, pressing firmly.
- Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to each cup, piling it on as desired.
- Top with fresh berries and any leftover granola.
- Place the cups in the freezer and let them set for at least four hours.
- Serve them after letting them thaw for a few minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute almond butter with sun butter. Greek yogurt can be replaced with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
