Description

Delicious Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups packed with crunchy granola, creamy yogurt, and fresh berries, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 34 tbsp honey (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice to top

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until you form a sticky dough.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and spoon the granola dough into the bottom of each cup, pressing firmly.
  3. Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to each cup, piling it on as desired.
  4. Top with fresh berries and any leftover granola.
  5. Place the cups in the freezer and let them set for at least four hours.
  6. Serve them after letting them thaw for a few minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

For a nut-free option, substitute almond butter with sun butter. Greek yogurt can be replaced with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
