- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit (such as berries, bananas, and mango)
- 1 cup yogurt or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Fresh berries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mixed fruit, yogurt or milk, and honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth.
- Add crushed ice and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, and garnish with fresh berries and mint before serving.
Notes
Use a combination of sweet and tart fruits for balance and adjust sweetness to taste. For thicker smoothies, reduce the liquid.
