Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl for your dry mixture.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil or butter, and vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; lumps are okay!
  5. Fold in some chocolate chips if you want an indulgent surprise.
  6. Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving, enjoying the irresistible aroma!
