Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
- Combine the hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the hazelnut mixture.
- Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
