Description

Quick and delicious Firecracker Chicken Wraps filled with shredded chicken, spicy hot sauce, and creamy cream cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and hot sauce until well mixed. Taste and add salt and pepper according to your preference.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Top that with a handful of shredded lettuce, some diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of green onions to add freshness and crunch.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a nice wrap.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Place the wraps seam side down in the pan and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the wraps from the pan, slice them, and serve while they’re warm for the best enjoyment!

Serve with salsa or creamy avocado dip for an added flavor punch.
