Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or water)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach, banana, apple, cucumber, flaxseeds, and almond milk (or water) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add honey for sweetness and blend again.
  4. Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
