Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or water)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add the spinach, banana, apple, cucumber, flaxseeds, and almond milk (or water) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey for sweetness and blend again.
- Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze portions for up to 3 months. Consider using other greens or fruits based on your preference.
