Description

Indulge in delicious strawberries dipped in silky dark chocolate and topped with crushed pistachios for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted, 200g)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups raw pistachios (250g), chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g white chocolate (melted, optional)
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut (150g)
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pistachios: chop them into small pieces and toss with salt.
  2. Melt the chocolate: combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and heat until smooth.
  3. Dip the strawberries: rinse and dry them, then coat in the melted chocolate.
  4. Add toppings: roll the dipped strawberries in chopped pistachios and shredded coconut.
  5. Create the white chocolate drizzle: melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the strawberries.
  6. Cool and enjoy: let the strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
