- 10 strawberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted, 200g)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 cups raw pistachios (250g), chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g white chocolate (melted, optional)
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut (150g)
- 1 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- Prepare the pistachios: chop them into small pieces and toss with salt.
- Melt the chocolate: combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and heat until smooth.
- Dip the strawberries: rinse and dry them, then coat in the melted chocolate.
- Add toppings: roll the dipped strawberries in chopped pistachios and shredded coconut.
- Create the white chocolate drizzle: melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Cool and enjoy: let the strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
