Ingredients
- Kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)
- Pistachio spread
- Cream cheese
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Heavy cream
- Dark chocolate
- Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the kadayif on a baking sheet in an even layer and toast it until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer in small serving cups: add a layer of crunchy kadayif, a spoonful of pistachio spread, and then the creamy cheesecake filling.
- Melt the dark chocolate with butter until smooth and drizzle over the layered cups.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set and meld flavors.
