Ingredients

  • Kadayif (shredded phyllo dough)
  • Pistachio spread
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Heavy cream
  • Dark chocolate
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the kadayif on a baking sheet in an even layer and toast it until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer in small serving cups: add a layer of crunchy kadayif, a spoonful of pistachio spread, and then the creamy cheesecake filling.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate with butter until smooth and drizzle over the layered cups.
  6. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set and meld flavors.
