- 1 cup of walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: shredded coconut or cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates, walnuts or pecans, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll it into balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
- Enjoy your Date Brownie Balls immediately or store them in the refrigerator.
