- 6 large eggs, separated

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla extract until pale and creamy.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture and stir until combined well.
