Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 34 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the cucumbers.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced cucumbers, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey or sugar.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing to extract all the liquid.
  5. Add water to the pitcher and stir well.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
