- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into even sticks.
- Toss the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, cut uniform pieces and do not skimp on oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
