Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
  3. Place the flour in another bowl.
  4. Whisk the eggs in a third bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it in the panko mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the nuggets lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
