Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
- Place the flour in another bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it in the panko mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the nuggets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and consider cooking in batches if necessary.
