A comforting and rich seafood dish, featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy seafood and cheese filling.
Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, crabmeat)
- Ricotta cheese
- Cream cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic
- Onion
- Spinach
- Herbs (dill, parsley)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they’re al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the seafood mix and cook until just done, avoiding overcooking.
- Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, spinach, fresh herbs, cooked seafood, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
