Description

A comforting and rich seafood dish, featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy seafood and cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, crabmeat)
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Spinach
  • Herbs (dill, parsley)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they’re al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the seafood mix and cook until just done, avoiding overcooking.
  5. Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, spinach, fresh herbs, cooked seafood, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  6. Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture.
  7. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  8. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
