- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Alfredo sauce; add diced tomatoes if desired.
- Mix well and let simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss the cooked penne pasta into the sauce and mix to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
