Delicious bite-sized Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with a creamy crab filling that impresses at any gathering.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup real crab meat (lump or claw)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms under cool water and gently remove the stems.
- Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the crab mixture.
- Mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze individually wrapped mushrooms for up to three months.
