  • Total Time: 60 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Delicious cookie cups filled with a creamy, smooth cream cheese filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin to ensure that the cookie cups release easily once baked.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
  3. Bake the cookie cups for 10-12 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown.
  4. While the cookie cups cool down on a wire rack, grab a mixing bowl and beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Once the cookie cups have cooled, fill them generously with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles on top.
  7. Chill the cookie cups in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing.
