Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin to ensure that the cookie cups release easily once baked.
- Take about a tablespoon of cookie dough and press it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
- Bake the cookie cups for 10-12 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown.
- While the cookie cups cool down on a wire rack, grab a mixing bowl and beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the cookie cups have cooled, fill them generously with the cream cheese mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles on top.
- Chill the cookie cups in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
