Ingredients

- 200g Oreo cookies
- 100g melted butter
- 400g cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 200g heavy cream
- 100g extra Oreo cookies (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
- Beat the cream cheese with sugar until it’s nice and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Fold the chopped Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust and put it back in the oven for 50 minutes.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then cover it and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a creative twist, top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or fresh berries. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for 2 months.
