Ingredients

  • 200g Oreo cookies
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 100g extra Oreo cookies (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until it’s nice and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Fold the chopped Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture over the baked crust and put it back in the oven for 50 minutes.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then cover it and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

For a creative twist, top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or fresh berries. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for 2 months.
