Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine oats, nuts, cocoa powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir it well to mix everything nicely.
- Whisk together honey (or maple syrup), oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until all the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- Let it cool completely before adding chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crunchy.
