Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Stir in the boiling water carefully, creating a thin batter.
  5. Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with chocolate buttercream.
