- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create your crust.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool down before refrigerating it for at least 4 hours to set.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip the halved strawberries in the chocolate and arrange them on top of the chilled cheesecake.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
