Description
Quick and easy Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls filled with creamy goodness, perfect for a family dinner or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble the Crescent Rolls: Carefully unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each triangle. Starting at the wide end, roll the dough toward the tip, enclosing the filling and pinching the edges to seal.
- Add Toppings (Optional): Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
Notes
Serve warm with a salad or dipping sauce for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
