Delicious chicken spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and herbs, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded
- Fresh vegetables (like lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Savory sesame sauce
Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables and chicken. Start by washing and slicing the vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces. Shred the cooked chicken breast until it’s nice and fluffy.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until they are soft, approximately 15-20 seconds until pliable.
- Lay the wrapper flat, add a small amount of chicken, vegetables, and mint leaves along the lower third.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go, keeping it snug but not too tight.
- Serve with savory sesame sauce for dipping, and slice the rolls in half for presentation.
Notes
Don’t overfill the wrappers and keep all ingredients moist for the best results.
