Crisp and Fresh Chicken Spring Rolls

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Diet: Gluten-Free

Description

Delicious chicken spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and herbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • Fresh vegetables (like lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Savory sesame sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the vegetables and chicken. Start by washing and slicing the vegetables into thin, bite-sized pieces. Shred the cooked chicken breast until it’s nice and fluffy.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until they are soft, approximately 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Lay the wrapper flat, add a small amount of chicken, vegetables, and mint leaves along the lower third.
  4. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go, keeping it snug but not too tight.
  5. Serve with savory sesame sauce for dipping, and slice the rolls in half for presentation.

Notes

Don’t overfill the wrappers and keep all ingredients moist for the best results.
