Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
