Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare each chicken piece by dipping it into the beaten eggs.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Add cooking spray or drizzle some oil over the nuggets.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese sauce.
