Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt in a large bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized nuggets with your hands.
- Whisk together the parmesan cheese, potato starch, paprika, and dried parsley in a separate bowl. Dredge each chicken nugget in the coating mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.
