- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars and serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For serving, consider adding whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days, or freeze for up to three months.
