  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and steak, and sprinkle them with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the steak is browned, which should take about 5 minutes.
  3. Next, add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. The garlic will start to release its wonderful aroma!
  4. Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes beautifully creamy.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, coating it in that rich, decadent sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste; adjust according to your preference.
