Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing dish packed with flavor, perfect for gatherings and game nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • Butter (for brushing)
  • Optional toppings: green onions, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
