Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined nicely.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Place cooked patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in a skillet or oven before serving.
