Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined nicely.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Place cooked patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
