  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Make the Blueberry “Milk”: Add frozen blueberries to a high-speed blender, then pour in the non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Mix: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour in the blueberry milk and stir until combined. Let sit for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Store: Transfer the oats to containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with blueberries and enjoy!
