Description

A unique twist on a classic favorite, Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers combine spicy jalapeños, creamy Brie, and sweet blueberries for an explosion of flavors.


Ingredients

  • Fresh jalapeños
  • Brie cheese
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Honey
  • Bacon (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Place generous slices of Brie cheese into each jalapeño half.
  4. Add a few fresh blueberries on top of the cheese in each half.
  5. Drizzle some honey on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Wrap each jalapeño popper with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick (if desired).
  7. Brush the poppers lightly with olive oil.
  8. Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
