A unique twist on a classic favorite, Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers combine spicy jalapeños, creamy Brie, and sweet blueberries for an explosion of flavors.
Ingredients
- Fresh jalapeños
- Brie cheese
- Fresh blueberries
- Honey
- Bacon (optional)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Place generous slices of Brie cheese into each jalapeño half.
- Add a few fresh blueberries on top of the cheese in each half.
- Drizzle some honey on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap each jalapeño popper with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick (if desired).
- Brush the poppers lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
