  • 1 1/2 cups birria, liquid drained
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries: Begin by cooking the frozen fries according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the birria: Pour the birria into a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Assemble the fries: Once the fries are crispy, pile them on a baking sheet or a serving platter.
  4. Layer the toppings: Top the fries with half of the shredded cheese, pour the warm birria over the cheese, followed by the remaining cheese.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle the diced white onion and fresh cilantro over the top, adding guacamole and sour cream if desired.
