- 1 1/2 cups birria, liquid drained
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro

- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the fries: Begin by cooking the frozen fries according to the package instructions.
- Heat the birria: Pour the birria into a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Assemble the fries: Once the fries are crispy, pile them on a baking sheet or a serving platter.
- Layer the toppings: Top the fries with half of the shredded cheese, pour the warm birria over the cheese, followed by the remaining cheese.
- Garnish: Sprinkle the diced white onion and fresh cilantro over the top, adding guacamole and sour cream if desired.
- Serve warm: Serve these fries while they’re hot, paired with a side of consomé for dipping.
