Delicious marinated beef kabobs paired with fresh vegetables, perfect for grilling during summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or tenderloin) cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper (any color) cut into squares
  • 1 onion cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the beef cubes to your marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the beef, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating as desired.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate beef for up to an hour. Pair with fresh herbs, salads, or pita bread for a complete meal.
