Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (sirloin or tenderloin) cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper (any color) cut into squares
- 1 onion cut into squares
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the beef cubes to your marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the beef, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating as desired.
- Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate beef for up to an hour. Pair with fresh herbs, salads, or pita bread for a complete meal.
