- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha or other hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- Slider buns

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Start by marinating the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least one hour.
- Prepare the coating: In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the oil: Preheat oil in a skillet over medium heat, about 1-2 inches deep.
- Coat the chicken: Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken: Carefully place the coated chicken in the hot oil, frying until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Make the Bang Bang sauce: In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
- Assemble the sliders: Place crispy fried chicken on each bun, drizzle with sauce, and add toppings.
- Serve immediately: Enjoy your sliders while they’re hot and crispy.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days, with sauce kept separate. The fried chicken can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
