  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the vanilla cupcake mix according to package instructions, mixing in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  3. Fill the cupcake liners with the batter, leaving space at the top for rising. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  5. Combine the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix in a bowl and whisk until thickened and creamy.
  6. Cut out a small portion from the center of each cupcake to create a pocket for the pudding.
  7. Fill each cupcake with the pudding mix.
  8. Top the cupcakes with whipped topping and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
