- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the vanilla cupcake mix according to package instructions, mixing in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Fill the cupcake liners with the batter, leaving space at the top for rising. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Combine the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix in a bowl and whisk until thickened and creamy.
- Cut out a small portion from the center of each cupcake to create a pocket for the pudding.
- Fill each cupcake with the pudding mix.
- Top the cupcakes with whipped topping and sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
