Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, pineapple, spinach (if you’re using it), almond milk or yogurt, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you want a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice or chia seeds for added crunch. Pairs well with whole-grain toast or a yogurt parfait.
