Description
A delightful and creamy dessert that layers Greek yogurt, ripe bananas, and crunchy Nilla wafers for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free, fat-free Banana Cream or Vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups crushed Nilla wafers or graham crackers
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
- 2 cups dairy whipped cream
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Start by grabbing a medium bowl and whisk the Greek yogurt, milk, and pudding mix together. Stir until it becomes creamy and smooth.
- Now it’s time to assemble the parfaits. Take small glasses or mason jars and add 1/4 cup of crushed Nilla wafers (or graham crackers) to the bottom.
- Next, top the crushed wafers with 1/4 cup of your banana cream filling, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
- Repeat the layering process until your jars are full.
- Finally, refrigerate the parfaits until you’re ready to serve. When it’s time, dollop some whipped cream on each parfait and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and avoid overmixing the yogurt mixture.
