- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg

- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Pink icing
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill your donut pan about halfway with batter.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
- Decorate with pink icing and sprinkles.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter and use a piping bag for even donut shapes.
