- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- Cooking spray or oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and add a little water as per packet instructions; stir until well combined.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing to fit.
- Fill each wonton cup with the beef and cheese mixture, avoiding overfilling.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Top with sour cream, salsa, or fresh vegetables.
