Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes golden and creamy.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Mash the feta and tomatoes together in the dish until they form a creamy sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish, stirring to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
