- 200 grams feta cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes golden and creamy.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mash the feta and tomatoes together in the dish until they form a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
